This panel presentation, moderated by the Honorable Eve Miller, includes Chief Deputy of Clackamas Co. Sheriff's Office, Chris Hoy, and Sgt. Angie Brandenburg to inform us on the resources available to our disenfranchised, economically disadvantaged clients through The Transition Center and A Safe Place - Family Justice Center of Clackamas County.

Football Highlights in the IP Arena

This one-hour CLE presentation is an overview of IP law told through football stories and scenarios. Among other things, IP attorney Scott Davis will define what a trademark is, what is trademark-able in sports, and recent trademark battles in sports. He'll also cover what is protected by copyright in sports, who owns copyrights and the rights received with ownership, and historical copyright infringement cases in sports.
