2022 Draft Clackamas SLR’s

Under the UTCR, the Clackamas County Bar Association members have at least 49 days to provide Presiding Judge Steele with public comment.  We would like to have any comments from the Clackamas County Bar Association submitted to us in writing no later than Thursday, August 26, 2021.  Comments may be sent to me at Debbie.D.Spradley@ojd.state.or.us.
 Please find attached our draft proposal for local court rule changes for 2022 along with a document that explains what those changes are.  Changes are noted in the draft SLR’s as follows:

·         Proposed new wording in the SLR and proposed new SLR will be in bold and underlined and have braces placed before and after the new wording (example:  {…});
·         Wording proposed to be deleted and SLR proposed to be repealed will be in italics and have brackets placed before and after the deleted wording (example:  […]).
