Clackamas County Circuit Court COVID-19 Update for May 22, 2020

Chief Justice Martha Walters signed CJO 20-017 on May 20, 2020 “Directing Certain Closures of Courts and Offices of the Oregon Judicial Department to Address Anticipated Reductions in Funding”, with court closure days of May 29, 2020, June 26, 2020, and July 17, 2020. Staff will be on unpaid furloughs during these closure days and the courthouse will be closed for public business.

Presiding Judge Steele has issued Orders 2020-17 and 2020-18 in response to Chief Justice Walters’ Order dropping restrictions from Level 1 and Level 2. The Presiding Judge orders are effective as of May 22, 2020 and will remain in effect until further notice.
