Proposed bylaw changes :

 i.  Amend 4.2.6 to read “Law Library Committee Member” instead of “Clackamas County Law Librarian”

 ii. Add a section – most likely 4.14 to read “Law Library Committee.  Since 1927, the CCBA has appointed a standing Law Library Committee that serves in an advisory capacity over the Alden E. Miller Law Library of Clackamas County.  This Committee includes at minimum six CCBA members: the Law Librarian, a local judge, a county employee, and three private practitioners.  Members are appointed by The President upon recommendation of the Committee and serve until resignation.  The judicial member serves in a supervisory capacity over the Law Librarian.”
