The CCBA is proud to announce our 2026 Ralph Holman Lifetime Achievement Award recipient is long-time district attorney John Foote. He served for more than two decades as the Clackamas County District Attorney, before resigning December 31, 2021. Foote held the distinction of being known as one of the most outspoken prosecutors in Oregon. During the time he served as the Clackamas County District Attorney, he also served on the boards of Clackamas County non-profits Parrot Creek Child and Family Services and also Children’s Center, even serving as the board chair for each organization for a time.
