Extends Current COVID-19 Restrictions

On August 26, Presiding Judge Stephen K. Bushong issued a Presiding Judge Order (PJO) extending current pandemic-related court practices through October.

Based on recent developments in the COVID-19 pandemic, Judge Bushong has concluded that the protective face covering requirement and the limitations on court proceedings imposed during the Transition Period of June 30 through September 6 should be extended through October 31. This order is effective immediately.
